ABOUT THE GREAT 8
Since 2000, the Great 8 meet has attracted the best High School Track and Field athletes in Middle Tennessee and pits them against each other in a fast-paced, entertaining meet. There is only one section/flight of each event, so only the best eight performances are accepted into the meet. Stewarts Creek High School Girls 4 x 100 Relay team won first place in 48:54, setting a new school record in the process. The relay team included Joy Abbott, Gabrielle Napper, Ke'Asyia Ward, and Kyra Wilder.

Joy Abbott finished 3rd in the 100, Kyra Wilder finished 3rd in the 200, and Kennedy Spicer finished 6th in the Long Jump.
