About me

2022/2023 is my 18th year teaching and 6th at SCHS.  This is my 15th year teaching Economics.  My desire teaching Econ is to hopefully tear down "some" of the stereotypes of the "Dismal Science" that so many students dread and have students "thinking like an Economist". 

 

I graduated from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville in 1999 with a degree in Finance.  I worked in the banking industry for 5 years before starting my teaching journey.  I graduated from UT - Martin in 2006 with my Masters in Education.  I am really excited for our new year here at Stewarts Creek High School.
