Stewarts Creek had record numbers following recent auditions held by the Middle Tennessee Vocal Association. Students sang prepared pieces and sightread for a panel of judges who heard over 1,400 choir students from across Middle Tennessee, all vying for the coveted spots in the Rutherford All-County Honor Choirs, the Mid-State Honor Choirs, and the All-State Honor Choirs. By the numbers, Stewarts Creek had:
- 64 students placed in the All-County Honor Choirs;
- 48 students placed in the Mid-State and Freshmen Honor Choirs; and
- 19 students placed in or as alternates to the All-State Choirs.
