This Week's Events on the Band Calendar: 

The 83rd Middle Tennessee School Band & Orchestra Association (MTSBOA) Assessments in Concert Performance and Sight-Reading is this week. We hope that all parents, family, and friends can make it for this event. No matter what the results, there is nothing that can truly describe the feeling of playing for a full house. Nor are there words to describe the sense of love that comes from your child seeing you as parents giving a standing ovation following the performance. Admission is free and we hope that you will join us for this special day of performances on Wednesday and Friday.

 

We ask that all parents and band members take a moment to click the link to the gig sheet and familiarize yourself with the schedule for these two days.

 

 

We are again asking for parents with remaining balances to please make arrangements to get these fees paid. For those of you waiting on PayPal invoices for a specific amount, those invoices will be emailed to you nest week. We really need to chip away at the $12,000.00 remaining so that we can get our bills paid and end the year on a strong note.

 

Just a friendly reminder that we ask students to notify us via text message if they are going to be absent from school. This helps us to ensure accurate attendance records for all the band members and is also a soft job skill that we are trying to teach students so that they will be successful in their communication skills with their future college or workforce professionalism.
