Welcome art lovers to the SCHS Visual Art Podcast, where we are equipping creative minds to be artists of many styles and disciplines. We feature guest artist talks and other fun things to guide, inspire, and inform the work you make (or want to make)! This podcast is hosted by Tucker Webb; but most of you probably know him as Mr. Webb. Let's check it out!
The SCHS Visual Art Podcast was born out of innovation in a time when creative morale was not at its highest. During the 2020-2021 school year, schools were limited in what extracurricular activities they could offer. This means that many of the learning experiences and creative opportunities we normally offer our students were not possible. In order to still consume the creative fuel and inspiration that is so important to the artistic process we decided to get creative. Including many in-class Q&A's and conversations with artists and creative professionals from all over the globe, the SCHS Visual Art Podcast provided an opportunity to students in class and at home (along with anyone else who was interested) to participate in the conversation.
