In order to be communicate clearly and early, the Graduation Leadership Team would like to announce that there will be a Senior class meeting during ICU in the auditorium on Monday, August 22. The Seniors will meet with the Jostens representative and will receive information about how to order caps and gowns, announcements, and clothing (grad swag).
If you teach a class with any Senior student, please share this information, and share with students that they should know their height and weight. If you would like to come to hear the same information, you are welcome! If you teach a class that is mostly Seniors and are not a Senior Sponsor, we would love your presence to help with distribution of materials and general room management. [Senior Sponsors have already been volun-told to be there...]
We will NOT be discussing any school-related graduation information during these meetings - it will ONLY be for distributing information for cap and gowns (and grad swag).
Additionally, Jostens will return to the school on Tuesday, August 30th, during all 4 lunches to accept orders/answer questions from students and will be in the front lobby. Parents are welcome to check-in in the front office and speak to the Jostens reps during the same time (10:54AM-12:36PM).
This information will also go out in our Week at the Creek newsletter and through School Messenger and I will remind you again on Friday, August 19.
